In 2023, Idaho had the 4th highest suicide rate within the U.S (Idaho Department of Health and Welfare).
Idaho’s young adult population (18-25) reported the highest rates of alcohol use disorder and drug use disorder among all age groups, exceeding national averages (National Survey on Drug Use and Health).
